The Challenge

Standard off-the-shelf transport and fleet routing tools are completely unequipped for the stringent rules of prisoner transport. First Security had to ensure that specific safety margins, rest breaks, legal handovers, secure vehicle check-ins, and complex operational rules were strictly adhered to and instantly auditable. A minor documentation gap or real-time status delay is a critical failure in this operational category.

The Solution

We co-designed and built a bespoke operational tracking and dispatch app on the Origin custom engine. The app natively coordinates planning, active transport, and electronic proof-of-custody. Custody-specific parameters are integrated at every screen—including vehicle capacity audits, direct check-ins at security nodes, automated emergency triggers, and complete real-time routing tailored to strict security corridors.
